have always thought ‘Home Care’ was a strange term. The very term ‘Care’ has connotations of looking after someone who cannot look after themselves. Yet the whole point of our service is to enable people to maintain their lives at home by retaining their independence.
I started Hartwig Care 13 years ago to try and resolve this conundrum. We have grown since but the same principles apply now as they did then – to enable our Clients to live their lives to the fullest possible capacity by providing the services they need. We strive to deliver this through our teams of Care Workers and Care Managers. Our strict Care Manager/Client ratio allows us to provide a truly personlised service. Our Care Workers are from a variety of backgrounds and are trained to the highest standards.
We monitor our service delivery in real-time 24/7, which ensures the safeguard of our Clients.
