Lawless wins USWCA Circuit


Winner! Jennifer Stannard from the Nutmeg (Conn.) Curling Club won the East region, Starr Pfiffner from the Madison (Wis.) Curling Club won the Wisconsin region, and Maureen Guay from the Saint Paul (Minn.) Curling Club, has won the West region. Regional winners included Taylor Lawless, Leslie Armstrong and Anneliese Festerson from Exmoor (Ill.); Naida Leslie and Jayne Beattie from Nutmeg (Conn.); Sandy Ber- nstein and Maria Spitzak from Broomstones (Mass.); Jean McCann, Bea Gresback and Nancy Melby from Saint Paul (Minn.); Kathy Vinge and Shalon Holbeck from Madison (Wis.); and Deborah Moulton from Green Bay (Wis.). Te third season of the Circuit has seen

growth in both bonspiels and participation. Fourteen bonspiels from Easton, Md., to Center- ville, Wis., and Chicago, Ill., to Rochester, N.Y., were part of the Circuit supporting a prize fund of more than $7,000!
