Terms & Conditions - Ocado Peace Poem
Prize Details: There is one prize of a family trip for four people to visit The Hague to see the Peace One Day concert on September 21st 2013. Flights (to and from the destination) and two nights accommodation will be provided for the win- ner and three family members. The prize includes taxes & insurance but does not include meals or any other expenses incurred. The winner must be available to travel to The Hague on September 20th and return on September 22nd. All travel times will be specified by Ocado and cannot be changed.
The winning poem will be printed onto a tea towel and sold through
ocado.com. All profits will go to Peace One Day. There will also be four runners up prizes of £200 Ocado vouchers.
The closing date and time for entries into the Ocado Peace Poem competition is 23.59 on August 18th 2013.
The five best entries will be shortlisted by the judging panel and then shared via Ocado’s social media channels. The winner will be chosen by public vote through Ocado’s social media channels.
The winner and three runners up will be contacted within 10 days after the winner is chosen and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select another winner.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.
We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value or to terminate, amend, extend or shorten the promotional period at any time and without notice.
We have organised this competition in good faith but cannot accept any liability relating to the prize draw or the prize offered.
Winners may be required to take part in marketing events and all poems will become the property of Ocado once they have been submitted.
All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them.
