electric vehicle on display for members to view. Members also had the opportunity to ask em- ployees questions about the cooperative. Live musical entertainment by Mark Sweeney was available to enjoy inside the Hulbert School Au- ditorium.


The business meeting was held at 1:00 p.m.


Youngest girl attending, Glenna Thompson, 8 months, daughter of Marti Thompson of Hulbert.


Youngest boy attending, Jackson Pruitt, 6 months, son of Nick and Terri Pruitt of Hulbert.


Hamid Vahdatipour, CEO, gave his financial report and held a Q&A session for members interested in answering questions regarding the finances. After the financial report, Tina Glory-Jordan, Cooperative Attorney, announced the election results. Four candidates, including the three in- cumbents, were running for three open trustee positions. The trustee positions are elected at large, the top three candidates with the most votes wins the position on the board. The elec- tion results are as follows: Randall Shankle, 931 votes, Gary Cooper, 818 votes, Jim Loftin, 732 votes, and Louis Bohanon, 442 votes. Randall Shankle, Gary Cooper, and Jim Loftin were re- elected to the board for a three-year term. Once the meeting was adjourned, Stanley

Oldest male attending, Guy Wilson of Hulbert who is 95 years old.


Young, Director of Marketing, started the mem- ber attendance prize drawings with the help of a few young volunteers from the crowd. Nora Carey of Hulbert won the $1,000 grand prize, Dwight Rhodes of Hulbert won the $500 first prize, and Norma Stilwell of Park Hill won the $250 second prize. Several other members won prizes donated by vendors. Every year, LREC gives prizes for the young- est girl and boy and the oldest female and male in attendance. The youngest girl went to Glen- na Thompson, daughter of Marti Thompson of Hulbert. The youngest boy went to Jackson Pruitt, son of Nick and Terri Pruitt of Hulbert. The prize for the oldest female went to Fern Girdner of Hulbert who is 98 years old. The prize for the oldest male went to Guy Wilson of Hulbert who is 95 years old.
