The new group, ‘Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Club’, will help companies meet the challenges of managing and securing their sourcing and distribution processes by providing advice, the latest research findings and opportunities to attend workshops.

Bosch Rexroth has won the Hermes Award at last month’s Hannover Messe. Marking the changing face of industrial technology, the award was presented to Bosch Rexroth for its Open Core Engineering project, which brings together programmable logic controllers (PLC) and information technology for the first time in industrial applications. Provider of integrated supply chain solutions, Kuehne + Nagel, has signed a preferred supplier agreement with pallet racking expert RediRack. The agreement allows RediRack to provide a national service for the provision of storage systems to Kuehne + Nagel’s distribution centres throughout the UK. RediGroup’s Andrew Forsythe said,
