THE STORY OF DEAFLYMPICS WORLD RECORD HOLDER
Upon first glance, there is little that separates Josh Hembrough from the rest of
his competitors. He is tall (6-foot-5) with the same lean and muscular physique that fits the mold of many successful high hurdlers and he looks equally adept for the football field.
He shows no fear in crashing over hurdles and, with a personal best in the 110m
hurdles of 13.58 seconds, has proven he can run times on par with many of the country’s better runners.
Along with his size, the first thing you notice is his smile. He is quick to engage you and a moment is too long to wait for him to ask how you are doing. Most concerned
