On January 26, the Fayette County Board held a “Mardi Gras Masquerade” GARPAC Fundraiser. The event proved to be a suc- cess, as members celebrated Mardi Gras a bit early and raised more than $8,000 for RPAC with a cake auction and home- made jambalaya.

METRO SOUTH On Thursday, March 7, 2013, Metro South Association (MSAR) held its annual Circle of
Excellence Awards Recognition Banquet at the Eagles Landing Country Club, Stockbridge. The theme for the banquet this year was “Mind Games: How to Win the Daily Battle that Play in the Head!” Author, teacher, and keynote speaker Kit Cummings shared a wealth of inspiration with REALTORS®
and industry partners. over the past couple of years, and that she was proud of what REALTORS®
MSAR President Brianne Drake expressed her excitement regarding the growth in sales and industry
partners are doing to rebuild not only the revenue and stability in Clayton and Henry counties, but also the confidence of its citizens. Drake was among the many award re- cipients at the banquet. The 400 North Board held its premier event of the year on Thursday, February 21, 2013, at the Forsyth Conference Center in Cumming. A record crowd of nearly 200 of North Georgia’s finest in the real estate industry gathered to recognize the success of the 2012 Circle of Excellence members at this year’s banquet. COE Chair and Master of Ceremonies, Mark DiJohn and the al- ways enthusiastic Terry Swanson, 400 North President, kept the evening lively and entertain- ing. Following the program, attendees danced the night away to live music by Atlanta Soul. This year’s Circle of Excellence welcomed 94 mem- bers, a testament to health and vitality of real estate in North Georgia. We congratulate all of this year’s COE Members!
