HERITAGE AWARD Barbara Pearson, former Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Around Atlanta in Peachtree City and Fayetteville, was the first Georgia recipient of the Heritage Award from RE/MAX Regional Services. The Heritage Award rec- ognizes a lifetime of dedication to the RE/MAX real estate organization. This award is only presented to Broker/Owners who have been with RE/MAX for at least 25 years. It recognizes their commitment and contributions to the real estate industry, their com- munities, Sales Associates, fellow Broker/Owners, to the RE/MAX of Georgia region, and to the Brand as they retire or decide to take a less active role in real estate in order to enjoy other things life has to offer.
TOP INDIVIDUAL AWARD RE/MAX Regional Services recently recognized Chad Polazzowith RE/MAXMetro Atlanta Cityside as Top In- dividual performer. This award honors the RE/MAX Sales Associate who earns the highest level of com- missions in Georgia, part of RE/MAXRegional Services’ five-state region that also includes Kentucky, Ten- nessee, Southern Ohio and Southeastern Michigan.
VICE PRESIDENT APPOINTMENT Lewis Glenn has been appointed Vice President of Real Estate Brokerage for Sea Island Properties. Glenn will be charged with managing real estate opportu- nities, as well as developing and implementing tools to assist the sales team in elevating awareness of Sea Island’s diverse offerings. Additionally, Glenn will be responsible for educating stakeholders on trends and issues in the marketplace.

Association and serves on several local boards, in- cluding the Community Foundation of the CSRA, West- over Memorial Cemetery and First Tee of Augusta. He also is past chairman of the Metro Augusta Chamber of Commerce and the Community Foundation of the CSRA.
