state to give us a representation of the housing mar- ket year-over-year for a variety of indicators. While these statistics do not cover every single property in the state, we have a large enough reach through the MLS’s to be confident that these reports contain a representative sample of the Georgia housing mar- ket’s big picture, and are a reliable source of trends.
