REVISED: The BICSc Industry Training Award - for cleaning service companies with excellent innovative training strategies that give consideration to national training policy and provide quantifiable benefits to both organisations and individuals (entry must be site specific). REVISED: Service Delivery Innovation of the Year - for cleaning service companies that can demonstrate successful management innovation in the delivery of cleaning serv- ices, leading to improved customer satis- faction (entry must be site specific). REVISED: The BCC Site Supervisor of the Year - for excellent performance by a site supervisor (the candidate will be a site su- pervisor at a building nominated in cate- gories 1-17). REVISED: The Kimberly-Clark Professional Cleaning Operative of the Year - for excel- lent performance by a cleaning operative (the candidate will be a cleaning operative at a building nominated in categories 1-17).


The Healthy Workplace Award’ is for companies that have taken significant steps to provide amore hygienic office environment to help reduce sickness and increase employee wellbeing.
