International Confex and Live Experience 2013 are open to trade buyers only. For visitors who arrive at the show with a complimentary ticket or badge, admission is free. Those registering on-site will pay a £30 registration fee.

Car parking ExCeL London offers on-site car parking for 3,700 cars.


All on-site parking is pay and display, with the exception of Royal Victoria multi-story car park which is located at the west end of the site. Parking in the Royal Victoria multi-storey car park can be paid for at one of the three pay points located within the car park at the end of your visit (the machines are located on level two and level zero and all machines accept both cash and credit card). Organiser’s offi ce


International Confex and Live Experience will share an organiser’s offi ce in room S14 which is located at the Southside Level 2.


Press offi ce


The Press offi ce will be based on the show fl oor - stand K740. Cloakroom


The cloakroom is situated on Level 0 in the middle of the Boulevard by N4/S4 entrances. Each item will cost £1.


Lost property


Lost property should be handed into a security representative at the organisers offi ce.


First aid


First Aid is located on Level 0 of the Boulevard by N4/S4 entrances.


Emergency procedures On discovering a fi re, break the glass on the nearest Manual Call Point (coloured red), which are located adjacent to all exits. Or contact the Security Suite by dialling 4444 on an internal telephone or 020 7069 4444 immediately. If an evacuation is necessary use the nearest available Emergency Exit route to the appropriate assembly point.


Prohibitions


The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to International Confex and Live Experience 2013 without assigning any reason as to the expulsion of any person whose conduct, in the opinion of the organiser, makes such a course desirable.


Canvassers


The Organisers reserve the right to remove anybody found distributing leafl ets of any kind or unauthorised sales material at the show.
