Interscholastic Sports Program of Excellence Award Coach And Athletic Director
The Coach And Athletic Director Interscholastic Sports Program of Excellence Award recognizes schools that develop successful athletic programs that substantially improve the overall athletic experience for student-athletes.
This annual award recognizes high school athletic programs in the United States in four classes:
Public schools: less than & more than 1,000 students
Private schools: less than & more than 500 students
The Interscholastic Sports Program of Excellence honors programs that demonstrate a high degree of teamwork, integrity and ethics while displaying good sportsmanship and promoting a positive experience for student-athletes.

Selected by a panel of independent judges, the four Award of Excellence recipients receive:
A plaque of achievement
A featured article in Coach And Athletic Director magazine
Public recognition through a national media campaign
Any high school is eligible for the award. Anyone can nominate a school by returning the attached Award of Excellence application below. Applications must be emailed, faxed or postmarked by April 30, 2013.
