I2I EVENTS Group has appointed James Rowley- Ashwood to the role of exhibition manager for BVE and BVE North. He joined i2i Events in October 2012 and replaces Anita Pal, who fulfilled the role as maternity cover. He now leads the full BVE team, which includes program director Sophie Milton, senior sales executives Dan Sacchelli and Leon Wright, and sales executive Lloyd Nandr.
Prior to taking up this position, Rowley-Ashwood founded and ran an
international film VoD platform. He has also worked for publishers including EMAP and Future, media agencies AWA Media and Euston Digital before running his own advertising agency, Nipper. Dan Thurlow, portfolio

of Community Professional Loudspeakers. Dorwart brings over 30 years of sales, manufacturing and management experience in the pro audio and music industries. In his new role, he is tasked with overseeing the company’s overall business and sales strategies. Dorwart’s previous roles have included director and VP positions with Bose Corporation and DMX Music; he joins from Gibson Guitar Corporation where he held the position of general manager.
