Pierre-André Dubois is the partner in charge of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP's UK Intellectual Property and Competition Law Group. The Group's practice covers all aspects of intellectual property and information technology law as well as UK and EU competition law. His work involves representing clients in complex and high profile merger cases before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office, the Office of Fair Trading and other national competition authorities.
