Great Planes Phazer


The front intake housing flange is test fit and then glued in (above left) with a mixture of epoxy and microballons, being careful not to get any glue on the rotor. The wings (above right) assemble fast with elevon servos being glued to wing hatches. The manual suggests checking pre-mounted hinges, which were all


fine. Included linkages (below left) and horn mounting drilling template had the Phazer’s wing control surfaces ready in no time. The wing skid locations are marked on the wing and the long, red skids (below right) glued in place following the procedure listed in the manual.
