Getting Hired A rmy wife Asia Gallo found a job
just one day after visiting the Employment Readiness Program
(ERP) operated by Directorate of Fam- ily and Morale, Welfare and Recreation
(FMWR) on Fort Benning. Gallo didn’t have an updated resume and didn’t really know what she was looking for. “I have customer service and management back- ground, and they helped me list my skills,”
she explains. Tey also provided her with a lead, and she is now performing admin- istrative/clerical work with a contractor at Fort Benning. Program director Mark Mills says one of
