PLEASE REVIEW THE CRITERIA FOR BEING ELIGIBLE FOR SELECTION TO THE USOC/USATF FACILITIES IN LONDON:

1. A USATF coach must be a current member of the Coaches Registry.

2. Personal medical personnel must be a current member of USATF and have a current medical license on file at USATF, passed the USOC criminal background screen (administered by NCSI) in addition to the Medical background check. License should be sent to sandy.snow@usatf.org.

3. USATF/USOC reserves the right to deny the above benefits to any individual. Personal coach benefits are NOT available to family members unless said person is the coach or personal medical of record.

4. Per requirements of the Coaches Registry, no individual who is currently banned or under investigation by the US Anti-doping Agency (USADA) may be authorized to receive Olympic Games benefits. Any previously sanctioned coach, athlete, or medical personnel must be currently in good standing with USADA to receive benefits.

NOTE: The registration process for entering the USOC/USATF eligibility list DOES NOT guarantee you a credential for any Olympic facility but does add your name to the eligibility list for the East London University housing and training at the Mile End Stadium.

The Personal Coaches Policy used to select the coaches who will receive benefits is as follows:

Personal Coach’s Policy - Used to establish Rank Order

1. Prioritized by the number of athletes who have medaled at an Olympic Games and/or World Championships

2. Prioritized by the probability of having a medal winner

3. Prioritized by athletes whose marks rank in the top 5 in the World by July 1, 2012

4. Prioritize by number of competing athletes coach works with

5. Participated in USATF Coaching Education and Sports Science Program/Seminars

Personal Medical will be ranked by the number of athletes being served and the probability of having a medal winner.

Please note that personal coaches and medical must come through team processing in Eugene with their athletes in order to complete the appropriate forms for housing and accreditation to the USOC High Performance Centers.
