property, is set to open on the island of Borneo on July 1 2012. The hotel will be located just off the
coast of Kota Kinabalu, in Sabah, on the shores of Pulau Gaya, the largest island in the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. The new resort will comprise 121 standalone hill-side and sea-front villas with views of Mount Kinabalu. A wide range of activities available
at the resort include canoeing, paddle surfing, jogging, weaving and beading classes, Rungus Tribe Storytelling, a Borneo Cooking Class and a spa with ‘traditional’ Borneo treatments. Sell Borneo for its gold-sand beaches,
diving sites and tropical rainforests that are home to orangutans, the proboscis monkeys and pygmy elephants.

Air Europa gives Peru a boost Air Europa will expand its Lima
(Peru) service to daily from June 26. The service, on the new Airbus 330- 200 (from Madrid), currently operates
five times a week. Daily flights leave London Gatwick stopping in Madrid (with a connection time of less than three and a half hours). Elsewhere in the region the airline operates daily services to a host of other ‘Latino destinations’ including Buenos Aires, Argentina; Caracas, Venezuela; Havana, Cuba; and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
