Council’s (CIC) Hall of Leaders in 2004, serves as a mem- ber of the U.S. Travel Association’s Meetings, Incentives, and Tradeshow Council, which advocates on behalf of the industry. Aguel served on the PCMA Education Foundation Board of Trustees from 2004 to 2007. Cecil, who

She also has created study mate- rials for the PCMA CMP Online Prep Course, the only online course endorsed by CIC. In 2006, Cecil was PCMA’s Educator of the Year.
