V Group (EVG) has signed a joint-development and licensing agreement with Eulitha AG, a
pioneer and leader in the production of high-quality nanostructures using advanced lithography tech- niques. EVG will integrate Eulitha‘s PHABLE™ mask- based ultraviolet (UV) photolithography technology with EVG‘s automated mask aligner product platform with the goal of developing a low-cost-of-ownership (CoO) nanopatterning solution to enable the produc- tion of high-brightness light emitting diodes (HB- LEDs). With demo capabilities in place already, the first products are expected to ship later in 2012.

offer through its indirect wholly-owned U.S. subsi- diary Salmon Acquisition Corporation for all out- standing shares of common stock of SonoSite, Inc. (NASDAQ: SONO, hereinafter: SonoSite) for $54 per share, net to the seller in cash, without interest and less any required withholding taxes.
The tender offer is being made pursuant to an Offer to Purchase, dated January 17, 2012, and in connec- tion with the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated December 15, 2011, among Fujifilm, Salmon Acquisition Corporation and So- noSite. The tender offer is scheduled to expire on February 15, 2012, at 17:00 New York (EST), subject to one or more possible extensions and a subsequent offer period.
