The new range of Blast Chillers designed in partnership with Zagato features an easy to use, read and navigate control panel and an LED light on the handle which changes colour when performing different tasks. The IFR monitors the process of the chilling and adjusts the power to suit which reduces energy costs while the nature of the appliance also cuts food waste.

The EasyStar system allows caterers using the FX Combination oven to load recipes, cooking programs and images and view them on the machine’s control panel. It means caterers have instant access to recipes, can share them with colleagues and can also download short videos from websites to be viewed on the combi screen.

The Smoke Star is an attachment that transforms the company’s FX Combi oven into a hot or cold smoker. It features an innovative externally mounted design giving the operater full control of the processes, which turns the oven cavity into a smoker. This enables caterers to do their own smoking.

Slide Control is a clever system that you place on a plate or surface. It is then secure enough to move from kitchen to table without the item sliding or moving. In the past chefs have had to either use napkins or a sugar solution to keep bowls secure on the plate. With Slide Control there is no need. Waiters can reduce breakages and carry more.
