Anna Blackwell Anna is an experienced environmental consultant within the Planning and Ecosystem Protection Group based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Anna, a member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment, has worked on a range of projects, including Environmental Impact Assessments for large industrial (including power and water), tourism, commercial and residential projects in the Middle East and Europe, including the prestigious Ras Al Akhdar project in Abu Dhabi, the Riyadh Independent Power Plant, and Chemical Blending Facility, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Morgan Perret


Morgan Perret, Principal at WSP Environment and Energy, has over twelve years of experience in the field of environmental auditing and management systems. Morgan has developed environmental management and monitoring plans for many large scale power and water projects in the region. In addition, Morgan has acted on behalf of the Authority for Electricity Regulation in Oman as the lead auditor in charge of auditing electricity generation and distribution companies.
