Social and Environmental Action Plans Where international lending organisations are involved in a project, they will often require a commitment from the project proponent regarding the implementation of mitigation or management identified during the Environmental Approval Stage. WSP are able to prepare Action Plans on behalf of project proponents, which demonstrate to the funding organizations the required actions, responsibilities and implementation timescales.


Environmental Auditing, Monitoring and Reporting


We have an in-house team of registered environmental auditors who are able to undertake environmental audits of projects and facilities. Such audits can be driven by lending organization requirements, in-country approvals or as part of an internal Environmental Management System.


Third Party Review for Lending Institutions Our Environmental Planning specialists have a wide range of experience in the assessment of environmental effects and environmental management planning. This makes us ideally placed to offer a service for Lending institutions and Export Credit Agencies for undertaking technical reviews of submissions from Lenders and their advisors. We offer a comprehensive review service to ensure that the Lenders environmental requirements are met as part of the approval process.
