Enrollment Fees Your enrollment fee includes tuition, scheduled meals, transportation to and from class and evening events, and receptions. You are responsible for transportation to the site, housing, meals, and incidental expenses. For travel agent services, call MacNair Travel at 800-887-8846.

Attendance Policy Participants must attend all classes to receive full-credit toward their IOM and required hours toward an industry certification. Please be sure that your flight arrangements provide adequate time for you to complete classes through 4:00 p.m. (or 11:30 a.m. for Winter Institute) on the final day of the program.
Payment Policies Registered participants will receive a confirmation email upon registration indicating credit card payment and balance, course schedule, and site information. Payment is due in full prior to attendance. Institute charges a $30 fee for any returned checks.
Basic Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend your scheduled Institute session, you may transfer your enrollment as a credit to a future Institute session in 2012 or 2013. If cancellation is received less than 14 calendar days prior to the start of your session, there will be a $250 cancellation charge.
