VISION, MISSION AND VALUES

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

WHAT WE DO

CONTACT ALDP

Midlands is that we provide services directly to under 18 year olds who use drugs. In the Midlands region we provide the following: • Key Working and Case Management

• NSP • Assertive Outreach • Traveller Specific Outreach • Family Therapy • Clinical Psychology

With the support of the local statutory agencies, we provide an open access Drop-in service in Mullingar.

We also work in the North Eastern Region. Here we work in partnership with local statutory and voluntary services to provide NSP services in Drogheda, Cavan, Navan and Dundalk.

NATIONAL While our client-facing services are currently based in Dublin and two discrete regions, we provide support to other agencies nationally through the Progression Routes Initiative (PRI). PRI connects interagency service delivery with national policy, promoting good practice through pilot initiatives and the provision of practical organisational supports. The Quality Standards in Alcohol and Drug Services (QuADS) Support Project is assisting drug services across the country to self assess as compliant with a recognised quality standards framework. In addition to this work, PRI is also taking a lead in managing the national roll-out of the Community Detoxification Pilot and the Dublin (North Inner City) area roll-out of the Case Management Pilot.
