At an early stage in the process staff contributed their opinions through an internet survey. Service users were facilitated to contribute in a similar way and survey points were set up at terminals in the Drop-in in Middle Abbey Street.


Planning Three workshops were scheduled at intervals during the plan’s development to review the information collected and use it as a basis for formulating strategy. These workshops involved the entire organisation – the Council of Management, the management and staff teams.


The consultation and planning processes were designed to be inclusive and meaningful and to enable Ana Liffey to produce a quality, practical plan.
