TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY OF THE ORGANISATION AT ALL LEVELS TO ENABLE DELIVERY OF THE STRATEGY.
GOALS
6.1 Develop a Learning & Development strategy for the organisation that supports the development and retention of staff by December 2012.
6.2Develop and fully implement a Client Management
System (CMS) that complements service provision and enables comprehensive statistical reporting by January 2013.
6.3 Assess resourcing options including an analysis of
Volunteering, Internship and placement opportunities for the organisation by December 2012.
6.4Develop the student placement scheme through
formalising and enhancing relations with education institutions through the development of a positive employer brand by December 2013.
