Sheetz 800 Line Your workplace environment is very important to us. As our President and CEO
Stan Sheetz often says, we want our employees to be as happy punching in as they are punching out. From time to time, things happen that cause employees to be less than happy with their work environment, and we want to know about it.

not being treated fairly or are being harassed or discriminated against in any way, it’s important that you call the Employee Hotline. Calls can be made anonymously; however, it’s much more difficult for us to look into matters when we don’t know the people involved, or the location of the store or department. Calls made to the Hotline are received by an outside company that takes the pertinent information from you and then logs a call with our Employee Relations department. From there, every call is reviewed and receives attention. Sometimes, a district manager is responsible for looking into the situation, and other times, the profes- sionals in Employee Relations will do the follow up. If for some reason you are concerned with who will be looking into the matter, please let us know when you make your initial call. You can reach the Employee Hotline call center at 1.800.560.3125. Employee Connect Sessions By now, you’ve probably heard about the new program
launched about 18 months ago called Employee Connect sessions. It’s your opportunity to tell us what is going well at Sheetz and what we could improve. Even though we’re a very successful company, there are always ways to get better at what we do, especially when it comes to your work environment. At these voluntary meetings, employees are invited
to share their thoughts, questions and ideas with senior leaders from the corporate office. It’s also your chance to ask questions that have been on your mind, like why are we open on Christmas day, and why does Sheetz care that I have a visible tattoo? We have found these sessions to be very valuable in
understanding the culture and work environment of every segment of our business! Look for an announcement for an Employee Connect Session coming to a location near you soon!
