THS Show Review
Christine and I would like to thank THS for inviting us to Rotherham for their annual Show. This year the social event was held on the preceding evening. We joined THS members and suppliers for an enjoyable event which included a chance to have fun in the casino room and entertainment from a hypnotherapist. The show the next day was held at the Magma Centre on the site of an old steel works -very appropriate for a trade show dedicated to tools! There were plenty of stands to visit and business was brisk. See our selection of photos of the day.
Pramac This year was the first year for Pramac UK to exhibit at the THS trade show, as we are a new supplier to the group. Pramac has been selected to supply Portable generators which use the full
range of Honda engines and Diesels that use the Yanmar engine. As well as generators / Water Pumps / Diesel and Petrol Pressure Washers,
Pramac have a full range of Handling equipment which is all manufactured in Europe under the Lifter brand. Also new to Pramac are the renewable energy sector, comprising of Solar
Panels and Wind Turbines. Wayne Steele Managing Director of Pramac was very pleased with the venue
and Sales orders place at the show, with further orders being placed since the event. We at Pramac look forward to our partnership with THS becoming stronger, and to be the first choice of the Members.

Metabo At THS “Metabo would like to thank everyone who took the time to visit our stand at the THS show this year. The show proved a great opportunity for us to present our new range of WORLD FIRST Cordless INOX machines to further support the ever growing 18 v Li-ion family. The range was well received and created plenty of interest from visiting members. In addition the new PowerX3 is proving a real door opener with distributors and end users alike. It is innovations like these that are driving the business forward, creating new opportunities in new territories in what is otherwise still a tricky market. We can report that the R&D wheels within our German headquarters has
been working in overdrive over past 3 years, Metabo are back doing what we do best “innovate”. Expect to see many more new and exciting products in 2012! for Sealey This year’s THS event was another successful show for Sealey with the new venue and shell scheme providing a great platform. Robert Sealey attended the show along with Adam Pike, the new Key Accounts Manager, who will be calling on THS members over forthcoming months. The Sealey stand displayed a mixture of top selling, seasonal and new product lines and was put together by the new Sealey Merchandising Team. With a dedicated fleet of Merchandiser vans, the team are on hand to provide customers with a professional and well stocked showroom. With the prospect of winter looming, Sealey’s range of Heaters, Lighting,
Starter/Chargers, Generators and Towing Equipment proved popular. All of which are featured in their Winter Promotion, valid until 29th February 2012.
