• Wish to participate in a train-the-trainer program, and a yearly evaluation and improvement process

Foundry Process Engineer
Strong aluminum foundry is seeking a skilled aluminum foundry engineer (nonferrous experience a must, aluminum experience preferred). We prefer 5-10 years or more previ- ous work experience in a job shop environment. This individual will be responsible for program management and process engineering (from tooling start to casting production and/or machining), gating/riser design input, and will also have the opportunity to assist with manufacturing process improvements and 5S/Kaizan efforts. We are currently serving the aerospace, automotive, commercial, and defense industries. This is a great position with excellent long-term potential for a serious, qualified individual.
Tool & Die Machining
Strong aluminum foundry seeking skilled tool & die employee for an open position in our in-house pattern and tooling shop. This individual needs to be motivated to perform high- quality tooling repair work at an efficient pace while working in an environment in which many opportunities exist to both grow and advance. Responsibilities include machining, close-tolerance grinding, and/or programming to create tools and mold parts to print, but may be expanded for qualified individuals to include drawing and/or designing of required parts. Our foundry is currently serving the aerospace, automotive, commercial, and defense industries. This is a great position with long-term potential for a serious, qualified individual.
Permanent Mold Repair and Mold Change Out Position
This individual needs to exhibit basic mechanical knowledge and good hands-on skills. Automotive body work experience a plus. Must be able to think on feet and quickly learn basic processes for using air tools and other power equipment. Will be expected to perform daily/weekly mold change-outs, minor mold repair, and preventative maintenance (vent changing, Tig-welding washouts, etc.).
