Our independence is a key point. It means Eyears perform in a way many of our competitors simply can’t. The Consultant that you meet will be the same Consultant that interviews the staff they provide to you; the same Consultant that will answer your calls and the same Consultant that will provide you with the service you require. Every consultant at Eyears will either have significant experience in their role or will be provided with thorough training to ensure our standards are met.


Our independence allows us to invest in our Team constantly – not just when they start. We encourage career & personal development throughout our employee’s careers with Eyears and fund the vast majority of training requests made. All of this means our Staff are equipped to handle your requests.


Our independence means we actually listen and encourage feedback from Clients, Support Staff & our Team. Each week we issue a mystery shopper survey to Clients & Support staff, chosen at random by our accounts department. Each and every response is reviewed by the Director and responded to personally.


Throughout this brochure we’ll cover some of the key points that evidence how we stand out from the crowd and prove that at Eyears we only recruit the best.
