BEING AVAILABLE


This has two very different meanings.


Firstly, it’s about being able to get in touch with us. All our Consultants & Managers have their own email address and the vast majority have their own direct dial number. Our offices are physically manned from 7am – 6pm Monday – Friday. That means when you call at 7am looking for cover, you’re going to get an experienced Consultant, sitting at their desk with every bit of information they need at their fingertips. We’ll then call you back within 15 minutes with an update.


Ever called an agency to be told “we can’t cover your shift”?


Being available also means having the right people available at the right time. We know when the peaks and troughs are in our business so we ensure we recruit the right quality and quantity of staff to meet your needs. We market ourselves in the right locations to ensure we get the best staff available so that when you do call Us, we’ll be in a position to help. In fact, our fill rate for 2011 is 99% of all shifts we receive, so you’re most likely to get a call from Us to say – “we’ve covered your shift”. *** In 2010 our fill rate was also 99% filled ***
