We know that when you call Us your needs may not be set in stone. You need flexibility from Us and the member of staff where possible. Maybe it’s simply cover for a morning of sickness, maybe you need someone tomorrow too...maybe not. Maybe it’s a planned absence cover where the member of staff will be off for at least a week, or even longer. In any circumstances simply notify us at the time of the booking and we’ll do our utmost to ensure your needs are met.
