BEING FLEXIBLE


Sometimes our Clients need a halfway house. They want to take someone on, but want to see what they’re like in the work place before they do so – this is often referred to as “temp to perm”. In these such cases a member of staff is placed with you for a fixed period of time, anywhere between 4 – 13 weeks, on a temporary basis. During this time you can asses them fully, integrate with your team and decide if this is the right person for you.


The fees payable for this can vary greatly dependent upon salary, duration of the temporary employment and a final value fee if appropriate.


If you’re looking for permanent cover you’ll find our rates are competitive and our service is excellent.


We will source the candidate, pre-screen them to ensure they meet with your specification and only then will we pass their details to you for confirmation of interview. At this point the service is free to use, you only pay if we successfully place the candidate. The invoice is then raised when your new employee starts and we offer a rebate scheme covering the first 8 weeks of employment, so you have total piece of mind and security.
