new research project undertaken to examine how television viewers are using social media tools to enhance the viewing experience, as well as looking at how broadcasters can harness the information afforded to them via these tools to more accurately gauge opinion,


ensure appropriate scheduling and under- stand what their viewers like and what they don’t. Attendees to the session will gain a clear understanding of the business drivers behind a proactive and welcoming approach to social media for TV. The session will start with insight from each speaker, before a lively panel discussion as well as answers from the floor.

The whole area is packed with the latest gadgets, gizmos and smart devices from companies at the very forefront of developments for this technology convergence. And once again, IBC has arranged for a special Demonstration Area to be constructed inside the IBC Connected World, so that visitors can see a continuous schedule of short demonstrations of the very latest innovations.
