hen you go on an off road outing, chances are very good an off road volunteer will have something to do with your trip. Even if you don’t encounter another person, the fact that you have land to ride or drive off road on is a testament to the thousands of people over the decades that have donated time and money to fighting for the right to have that land.
The highway you drive on to get to your favorite off road spot may have a section that is litter-free thanks to an off road volunteer who donates hours a couple of times a year to pick up trash.
If you’re at a race or any type of organized off road event, volunteers are the backbone of making the event happen. Whether marking the course, doing tech inspection, taking your entry form or selling you a soda, its likely that it wouldn’t be happening without an unselfish person giving of their time to serve the off road community. When your off roading days are over, in fact at the end of your life, you’ll still have an opportunity to go somewhere made possible by a Volunteer.
The Ultimate Volunteer.
His name is Jesus. He paid the price by his death on the cross so you don’t have to earn your way into heaven by trying to be good enough. Because none of us can be that good.

Give your life to Jesus and never worry again about getting into heaven. He volunteered to take you there on His terms. “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” (John 14:6)
