Before you book, take a moment to read through the Frequently Asked Questions (pages 102-104) and the Booking Conditions (pages 108-113) which can also be found at www.ncl.co.uk. Because when you book, you’re agreeing to enter into a contract with Norwegian Cruise Line, based on these Booking Conditions on your behalf and on behalf of everyone included in the reservation. Once you’ve made your booking, we’ll give you a Norwegian Cruise Line reservation number, which you’ll need to quote any time you call or write to us.


LET’S BOOK IT This is the information you will need:


1. Cruise Ship name, UK departure date and number of nights.


2. Stateroom or suite Stateroom or suite category, double bed or twin beds.


3. Personal details for each guest travelling


• That’s full name and title including any middle names as shown on passport, date of birth, passport number, date and place of issue and expiry date


• Home address, including postcode, telephone number, email address and emergency contact details – the name and telephone number of someone we could contact while you’re away – and next of kin


• Latitudes membership number – do let us know if you’ve cruised with us before and tell us your Latitudes membership number, if you know it.


4. Fly-Cruise UK Departure Airport Please advise which airport you wish to fl y from. Connecting fl ights must be within 24 hours of international fl ight. Please note we cannot guarantee airline seats.


Let us know if you have a frequent fl yer membership number for the airline you are fl ying with (please note that airline membership upgrades are not available and airline points and rewards cannot be used towards the cost of your holiday).


5. Flight upgrades If you want to travel in style, just let us know at the time of booking.


6. Special occasions You’ll fi nd details for our special occasion packages on page 98. Just let us know at time of booking which package you would like.


7. Special requirements Please let us know if any of the following apply to you or anyone in your reservation:


• Dietary requirements • Pregnancy • Physical disability or restricted mobility • Other special requirements.


8. Travel Insurance See page 105.


The balance of the holiday cost must be received by us not later than the balance due date, which is 60 days before the start of the holiday for all cruises (full payment for categories S1-SI is required 90 days before). The balance due date will be shown on the confi rmation invoice.


HERE’S WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOU’VE BOOKED


Norwegian Cruise Line will send you or your travel agent (as applicable) a booking confi rmation showing full details of your holiday and the fare payable. Please check this carefully and, if there are any discrepancies, please let us know immediately by calling Guest Services on 0845 201 8907. Otherwise administrative charges may apply to any alteration that can be made.


Around 6 weeks before departure you will receive your “Welcome Aboard booklet” which includes all the information you need to prepare for your cruise, along with luggage labels and information relating to shore excursions and other pre-bookable dining/entertainment. Guests wishing to pre-book or view shore excursion information can do so online - at www.ncl.co.uk/excursions


Then, about two or three weeks before departure Norwegian Cruise Line will send a link to your cruise documentation to you or your Travel Partner via email. Your edoc includes your cruise ticket and if applicable fl ight itinerary, pre-cruise hotel and transfer vouchers.


AND BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME


Please visit www.ncl.co.uk and complete the Online Check-In form. Just click the ‘Already Booked’ section of the website and click on at least 14 days prior to departure and no later than 1 day prior to sailing.
