Strong international line up of footwear and accessories

he international presence at Pure London is strong with overseas visitors seeing a 21% rise since February 2010. The organisers of Pure London always ensure buyers have
access to an exciting international mix of brands from around the world to complement the strong line up of British names. The Footwear and Accessory sections at Pure
London from 7-9 August 2011 will showcase an exceptional set of brands from across the globe, helping buyers to add that competitive edge to their offering. Head of Footwear and Accessories, Vicky Ogden says, “we are committed to finding new and exciting collections by hand-picking creative mid-high end quality brands. We introduce footwear and accessories launching in London to discerning boutique buyers and high street stores”. Mark Pearson, Managing Director of Irregular
Choice Footwear commented last season, “There were great opportunities particularly with international visitors. It’s great that the upper level has a dedicated footwear section and they are no longer just mixed in with the rest of the show.” Showing for the first time, Scholl from Italy will
be showcasing their latest collections along with other newcomers Snipe from Germany, Fidji from Portugal and Salvi from Spain. Portuguese footwear brand Dkode will present
a new feminine alternative casual sports line including Riviera sneakers, teddy shoes, artisanal
collection exclusive and original. Dutch label Bronx will be back at the show with their collection of high fashion and affordable footwear along with Blow Fish, Birkenstock and J Shoes. Other international names include ARCHE from
France, Fly London from Portugal, Audley from Spain, Emma Go from Denmark, plus Love from Australia, Chie Mihara, Melissa, Rita Eliseo, Siano, Artigianino and Meher Kakalia will all showcase their Spring Summer 2012 collections. The Designer Collective is a new collaboration
between Pure London and the British Footwear Association. Featuring a line up of emerging footwear designers, hand-picked by a judging panel of industry leaders, this will give those buyers looking for something new a great opportunity. Premium Accessories located on the gallery level
will complement the womenswear brands on the lower level in Pure Premium. Matt & Nat will return to the show bringing their ethical accessory range, with the collection consisting of everything from boho-chic to minimalist designs to utility fashion for both men and women. Matt & Nat will sit alongside

look casuals and suspender raw finishing wedge. Italian brand Khrio’s collection will focus on stitching with a variety of materials and colours from natural shades to summer tones of green, orange, yellow and turquoise. Distinctive features will come from the hides treatments such as plunged, washed and hand-dyed, making the
Anna Lou of London, Ally Capellino, The Branch, Sam Ubhi,and Jocasi London, all a must see. CATHs, the jewellery collection by Belgian
designer Catherine De Groote, balances between tradition and modernity, ethnic influences and ecological touches. This season will see strong Eastern influence inspired by the works of the Japanese. Regular to Pure London, BoBelle London, who
have recently collaborated with Autograph at Marks and Spencer, will be showcasing their range of sumptuous clutches, iPad cases, totes and purses. Also in the main Accessories, Ri2k, Alison Van Der Lande, Kate Benjamin, Nour, Smith & Canova, WishList and Abbacino and chosen designer for the royal wedding, Vivien Sheriff will be showing her new collections. British designer, Kleshna’s creations were most
recently in the public eye with her sparkly poppies adorning the likes of Cheryl Cole, Dannii Minogue, Emma Watson and Simon Cowell. Kleshna’s beautifully skilled art form of hand folded sterling silver will be seen on detailed delicate pieces. Accessories and Footwear are essential to
completing the Spring Summer 2012 wardrobes and sit alongside the womenswear collections at Pure London. Buyers cannot fail to fall in love with the clothes, accessories and footwear, providing plenty to entice customers into their stores.
