espoke sticker yearbook developer MiSYB said it has seen interest in its products grow rapidly, with both professional and local amateur clubs signing up to offer players and supporters alike their own collection. MiSYB products are comparable to well- known, established collectable sticker series, with the difference being that they are designed specifically to the requirements of each club. Promotions, offers and prizes can be integrated while supporters and the community can invest directly into their by team buying stickers, said MiSYB’s Neil Collier. Current clients range from Championship- level professional football clubs and rugby clubs


through to junior and amateur teams and organisations. There are a number of new clients being developed, including the Welsh FA, which is considering introducing a collection for the Welsh Premier League. Sticker yearbooks act as an additional revenue stream for clubs said Collier, with interest, supporter interaction and advertising opportunities also boosted.


Sticker sets are primarily retailed through club shops or amateur level coaches, but Collier said some larger clubs are now distributing sticker packs to other retailers in their local community, such as newsagents, as a way of growing their exposure and sales opportunities.

DMP’s Alice Molloy said the products are already starting to make inroads into the market against tough competition from larger names such as Nike, with retailers taking stock. The AB76+ iPod Nano variant is also being

Molloy said: “We are a smaller company but the product stands up on its own. We are already having success with shops as the products offer a good margin and we require no minimum order quantity, plus other benefits.”


It is now considering other options to help grow interest in Tune Belt in the UK, including becoming involved with a buying group. “Growing the business and breaking into the market even more is very important to me. Some retailers that are members of a buying group have recommended we start working with them so we want to open up that channel of communication.”
