For our clients and communities:
In line with our sustainable development vision,we are committed to delivering services to our clients and contributing to the communities in which we operate, in a fair, inclusive and non-discriminatory way.
By utilising local resources,we will create jobs in the local community. By employing local people,we will reflect the diverse nature of the local community and contribute to skills development and employment.
We will continue to tailor our service delivery to meet the needs of the communities in which we operate. We will support and help our clients, where appropriate, with their diversity initiatives – for example, providing support with funding applications and grants for issues such as local recruitment.
Where maintenance services are delivered directly to residents,we will work closely with the client to identify groups and individuals where specialist support and services are required.
Our design, development and purchasing policieswill continue to reflect our commitment to equality and to theUnitedNations Compact principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.
