Gymventures Gymventures classes are designed specifically for various preschool age groups and use a curriculum that focuses on beginning gymnastics skills, coordination, muscle control and


more through engaging activities and obstacle courses. Ages:


18 months – 3 years - Mommy & Me 3 years old


Class length - 45 minutes


4-5 years old 4-5 years old (advanced) – Supertots Class length - 1 hour


Progressive Gymnastics All classes meet USA Gymnastics standards including levels 1-4. Students may progress as fast as they can individually. Once they finish a level card and test, they move up to the next level class. When they pass their level 4 card, they become a


beginning team member. Ages: 6 years & up Class length - 1 hour


Boys Gymnastics Our boys program is one of the largest growing programs in our facility. We are looking forward to the very first Cal Gold competitive boys team to make their debut. Come join us in our


beginner – team level classes! Ages: 6 years & up


Beginning class length - 1 hour Intermediate class length - 1.5 hours


This class teaches students tumbling skills that are needed for school competition, cheerleading, or just for fun! Beginning through advanced classes available. Ages: 6 years & up Class length - 1 hour

Competitive Team The Palomar YMCA Cal Gold team is comprised of an amazing group of gymnasts, coaches and parents. Their commitment to gymnastics, family, and personal growth is astounding. Each member of our team (athlete, parent and coach alike) is held to a standard that earns respect throughout California in all areas of gymnastic abilities and character. Preschool Open Gym / Open Gym Give your kids the chance to work off some of that extra energy…bring them to Open Gym! This is their chance to take over and run free. in a safe, supervised environment.

Registration


Priority registration is on the 5th all other begins on the 10th of the prior month. A $5 late fee is applied to registrations after the first of the month in which applicable session begins. Late fee does not apply to new enrollees. Register via phone, our website or in person at the YMCA.

Parents Night Out


A parent’s dream come true! Kids will play in our 23,000 square foot gymnastics facility complete with trampolines, foam “cheese pit”, balance beams, bars, spring floors, vault, parachutes, obstacle courses, pre-school play area and more. Parents Night Out is facilitated by our experienced and fun gymnastics staff.


Enjoy Saturday Parents Night Out over the holidays. In addition to our usual Friday Parents Night Out, we will have a Saturday Parent Night Out on the following days:

Adaptive Gymnastics Classes focus on gymnastics for children with special needs. Children will work on skills on bars, beam, floor, vault, and trampoline in a class with smaller ratios and more support from coaches and volunteers. Length of class is 45 minutes.
