Caring for the Future Now! Enriching Programs. Healthy Lifestyles. Financial Scholarships. These are just a few things the Y offers our community during these tough economic times where families face challenges greater than ever before. At the Y, kids learn to be leaders in childcare programs or in the Youth & Government program. Families come together to workout and learn how to live healthier lifestyles, overcoming obesity together. A senior on a fixed income can go with friends to a low impact class designed specifically for their needs. Our Y partners with businesses and families in our community to help all reach their potential in the developmnet of Spirit, Mind and Body.
Our promise is to provide exceptional programs for everyone - even those with limited resources. Your generosity helps ensure this promise, and your partnership is vital to the Palomar Family YMCA’s commitment to finding solutions, transforming lives and creating a lasting community impact.
The Palomar Family YMCA is a charitable, not for profit organization extablished in 1964 to provide community members with programs that emphasize development of strong character and confidence. We currently serve over 13,000 community members of all ages - one in four people that come through our doors need financial assistance and your support in order to participate.
