Pilates Program The Pilates Program will strengthen your “core” – back and abdominal muscles - improving joint mobility and flexibility, develop shoulder and pelvic stability, while creating a toned, well-balanced body. All Pilates classes are taught by a certified Pilates instructor.

Pilites Reformer Tower Classes The Reformer uses varying spring resistance, a sliding carriage, pulley system and an adjustable bar, among several accessories to uniformly work the entire body; or enjoy an hour class on the Reformer enhanced with the Tower. This apparatus adds more variety to your standard Pilates Reformer routine.

XTREME Fitness Challenge
Take your fitness to the next level! Face our Y XTREME Fitness challenges. For four weeks you will use heavy weights, tractor tires, sand bags, your own body weight and much, much more to challenge your body and exceed your fitness goals!

Learn how to properly use weights for strength training. You will work with a trainer twice a week for 4 weeks in a women only group class setting. Learn to: • Safely & effectively use machines and free weights • Pyramid training for strength gain • Circuit train for weight loss
