down a wave, catching four feet of air and landing an inverted trick much more inter- esting than spinning around in one spot, vertical or not. Any air is impressive air. Watching different attempts at big aerial tricks—even if (especially if) athletes are landing on their faces—is much more entertaining than 45 seconds of watching the same attempts at the same routines as the last 20 competitors, male or female. Replacing pro rodeos with big trick contests and big air tricks will lead to more media opportunity for photographers and videographers, more television expo- sure, and more exposure for women. And more women in the media spotlight will no doubt encourage others to join. The next time you see a woman throw a hella bad pan am, you’ll see that the revolution is here and our sport is heading for bigger and better times.

Heat medium non-stick pan to medium. Spread soft butter on both sides of bread slices. Sprinkle grated cheese over two slices of bread. Cover cheese with remaining slices. Place in pan and grill until crispy, golden brown. Flip with plastic spatula. Grill side two. Watch for smoke indi- cating burning of your perfect sandwich. Place on plate and cut in half. Add ketchup.
