co2re syneron Fractional CO2 resurfacing system

Applications Skin treatment CO2RE, Syneron’s latest CO2 laser technology, is a fast and precise way of simultaneously treating both the skin’s surface as well as the middle and deep dermal layers. It is equipped with seven different treatment modes – four fractional ablative modes; a traditional resurfacing mode and two cutting modes – a defined cut and a freehand mode. It is ideal for treating Fitzpatrick skin types I-III, and can be used for skin resurfacing, wrinkle and scar reduction, traditional ablation and surgical applications, such as minor dermal excisions. The CO2RE has an easy to use, light weight articulated arm to minimize operator fatigue, and its intuitive touch- screen interface is programmed to learn as you work. The CO2RE monitor displays treatment geometries and selections and automatically stores and recalls preferences. Its scanner is digitally integrated with the laser pulse generator and allows different parts of the same scan matrix to be placed at different depths. The laser can quickly adjust the energy for multilevel treatment.

spectra lutroniC Laser platform

Applications Skin treatment The Spectra laser platform is a high powered, versatile, and reliable way for treating a variety of dermatological and aesthetic indications such as tattoo removal, pigmented lesions, wrinkles, and dermal lesions. The Spectra laser produces four wavelengths to accommodate a variety of skin types and conditions. The laser toner uses the Spectra Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser and a wavelength of 1064nm. It is a non-ablative procedure that requires no topical anesthetic and is ideal for certain skin types (Fitzpatrick III and V) with pigmented lesions that are easily- irritated. For laser tattoo removal, the Spectra Laser platform includes the Two Dye handpieces that offer two different wavelengths: the 650nm handpiece to remove green inks, and the 585nm handpiece to treat sky blue ink. The Spectra laser’s additional operating mode, the Spectra peel, delivers a quasi-long pulse of 300 microseconds. It uses the 532nm wavelength, which is a non-ablative way to effectively remove pigment, and improve tone and texture. The Spectra laser offers short, comfortable treatments that deliver immediate and effective results. The recovery period for patients is quick and minimal downtime is required. The Spectra laser is versatile and has a durable construction that reproduces consistent results.

pelleve ellman teCHnologies Wrinkle reduction system

Application Skin treatment Pelleve is an FDA-cleared wrinkle reduction system that provides a safe and effective way to smooth and tighten skin without surgery. Pelleve uses an advanced radio wave technology by emitting energy in the form of electromagnetic waves, causing a buildup of heat that is absorbed by the surrounding tissue. The heat buildup induces collagen denaturization, resulting in a remodelling of collagen in the dermis and subcutaneous fat to create a tightening of the dermis without damaging the epidermis. The Pelleve procedure takes about forty-five minutes to an hour for full facial treatment, with a lasting improvement for up to six months. Since it is a non-invasive procedure that requires no anesthesia, patients can immediately return to normal

activity. Pelleve treats mild to moderate facial wrinkles for skin phototypes I-IV. It can be used to treat sagging skin under the chin, nasolabial folds, wrinkles around the mouth, lines or folds between the eyebrows, lines on the forehead, excess skin on the upper eyelid, crows feet, and a tired or unhappy expression. Some side effects include mild discomfort during the procedure and mild swelling or redness, which typically goes away within two to twenty-four hours.
