The Centre has recently undergone a £150M transformation which has given Glasgow’s retail profile a major boost while helping to further cement the city’s reputation as the UK’s top destination for shoppers outside of London’s West End. Since St. Enoch first opened its doors in 1989, it has consistently led the way for shopping centres in Scotland, inspiring the growth of Glasgow’s vibrant retail sector. The first phase of St. Enoch’s
redevelopment was unveiled in November 2009 with Hamleys, Pulp, H&M and a
t. Enoch Centre in Glasgow has been awarded the Carbon Trust Standard after taking action on climate change and reducing its carbon emissions by more than

However St. Enoch’s management team are determined to balance the Centre’s growth with reducing its carbon footprint and boosting its green credentials.
St. Enoch Centre estimates that it has reduced its carbon footprint by over 500 tons since 2007, which is equivalent to a
