Products today typically cover exposures emerging from healthcare reform, but it’s important to avoid coverage gaps.
We need to better understand the regulations that will govern products, so we can make sure there are no gray areas.

While products today will cover healthcare organizations in the changing landscape, uncertainty surrounding contract language and future regulations create the potential for coverage gaps. Clients need assurances that their insurance carrier will not leave them vulnerable to holes in coverage.
But that won’t be easy until the federal government provides more direction on standards and requirements for new healthcare organizations.
