Alloy Types As one of the UK’s leading welding electrode suppliers, Murex Welding Products now offers an extensive range of MMA electrodes. The range includes almost all alloy types from mild steels, through to low alloys (high toughness, high strength and high temperature types), stainless steels, nickel based alloys, repair and maintenance products and aluminium alloys.
The various Murex electrodes available are offered in packaging suitable to their applications. The smaller diameter electrodes are packed in small inner boxes in an over wrapped carton. The large diameters are supplied in either three or four packets to a carton so the inner pack unit relates to sensible quantities that are open at any one time. The VacPac electrodes are sealed into an evacuated pack immediately after baking during manufacture so that the fabricator can use the product direct from the stores without having to undertake long and expensive rebaking procedures.
Where appropriate the products carry third party approval such as Lloyds, ABS and DNV as well as CE approval for structural use.

With soft start and variable speed control the JOF001 enables precise control at every stage, with fully enclosed guarding providing maximum protection from the cut zone.
Designed for ease of use, the JOF001 is fitted with automatic spindle lock for one-handed bit changes and above the table height winder, which makes fine tuning of the depth setting a breeze. Switching from micro winder to full plunge is simply a matter of disengaging the plunge lock lever. And the 3 stage turret with integrated scale enables quick and accurate pre-setting of common depths of cut. The JOF001 is ideal for freehand use, and table work is also well catered for with quick fit pins that allow fast fitment and removal from the Triton RA300 router table. And when the JOF001 is mounted upside down in a router table, the side air vents reduce the intake of dust into the motor casing. For ongoing ease of maintenance, the JOF001 is fitted with quick access brushes so that there is no need to return the unit to change worn brushes –just another aspect of the way the Triton JOF001 Compact Precision Plunge Router puts the user in control.
