What our Graduates can expect Our Graduate Development Program is a key component of the company’s strategy to build a long-term capability. To this end, our graduate program is designed and implemented to attract and retain the best possible candidates.
You will kick start your career on our three-year structured graduate development program, which comprises of several assignments or rotations. Some disciplines may vary assignment allocations.
You will receive continual development through:
Rotational assignments, extensive on-the-job training, and structured business and development courses specifically designed to develop skills within your chosen discipline, and help you achieve your ambitions.
Support from senior leaders from your discipline. Technical mentors and a grad buddy.
Involvement in our dynamic community of more than 100 graduates that will take your development to new levels.
We offer a competitive remuneration package that includes performance-based incentives, superannuation and a health insurance allowance.
At the completion of the graduate program you will be able to continue the advancement of your career through our Young Professionals Group.
Seeking Motivated, talented and energetic students completing their studies during 2011, and graduates with up to two years discipline-related experience.
