What we offer graduates As a graduate you’ll benefit from a tailored training program, a special ‘buddy’ system, a mentoring program and the opportunity to rotate to another APRA division in your first year with us.

Remuneration is performance linked at APRA. In addition to annual remuneration increases, you will be eligible for annual performance bonuses after a 12-month qualifying period as a reward for your effort and commitment. APRA also has a generous study support program that includes financial support and time off for study and exams.
